Commissioning party – Dwelling and Environmental Department of Riga City Council. The main task was to ensure city water-supply system for the residents of Sila Street and Granita Street. The works were carried out within a short period of time, because Buildimpeks undertook the responsibility to connect the water-supply system by the end of 2013.
